Please review our return and refund policy carefully, as it reflects both our commitment to customer service and the fulfillment procedures of our vendor partners.
1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Only unused, unopened products in their original packaging are eligible for return, unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Customized or special-order items may not be eligible for return unless defective or incorrect.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

You must ship the item within 7 days of receiving approval.
3. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item, damaged on arrival).

All returns must include a tracking number.

We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
4. Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected by our vendor.

Please allow up to 10 business days after receipt of the returned item for the refund to be processed.

6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct product exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
